What Strava activities will appear on Ride Spot?

Strava allows you to capture activities of all kinds, but only cycling activities with GPS data will be uploaded to Ride Spot. Indoor cycling rides will not appear on Ride Spot unless they include generated GPS data (as with some virtual riding platforms).
